Privacy policy
How ATC (KingSoft Bulgaria EOOD) processes personal data: no cookies or tracking, only the data you send us when you get in touch.
1. Data controller

2. What we don't do
This site uses no forms, cookies, visitor analytics, advertising pixels or embedded third-party content. Fonts and all other resources are served from our own server. We do not sell data or share it for marketing purposes.
3. What data we process and why
- When you write to us or call — your name, email, phone number, company name and the content of your enquiry. We use them to reply and, if you wish, to conclude and perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR), and in our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Technical server logs — our hosting provider automatically records standard data for each request (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). These are used solely for security and the normal operation of the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)) and are kept for a limited period according to the hosting configuration.
4. Retention
Correspondence about an enquiry that did not lead to a contract is kept for up to 12 months. Contract-related documents are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law.
5. Recipients
Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to fulfil your request (for example, a partner lawyer we refer you to at your request), with processors that provide our technical infrastructure (hosting and email), or where required by law.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, write to sales@aiact.bg. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection — www.cpdp.bg.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date below.
