Documentation Support
Subscription maintenance of Annex IV technical documentation for high-risk AI systems. From €250/month.
Companies with high-risk AI systems must maintain full technical documentation under Annex IV of the regulation — system architecture, a risk management file, system operation logs, evidence of human oversight. The challenge isn't producing this documentation once — it's keeping it up to date as the system changes.
This service is a subscription: a monthly review and update of your documentation, instead of relying on remembering to do it once a year, when it's already too late. Constant readiness for inspection, not panic on request.
In practice the documentation is a living document — every change to the model, the training data, or how the system is used requires an update. The subscription model means you're never left with outdated documentation exactly when a regulator decides to ask for it.
Frequently asked questions
What exactly does the monthly review include?
Checking whether the documentation still reflects your system's actual configuration, updating it after changes, reviewing logs for incidents or deviations, and keeping the risk management file in sync with actual system use.
Can I order a one-off setup without a subscription?
Initial preparation of the documentation package is usually part of the AI Act Consulting service. This service specifically covers ongoing maintenance — if you don't expect frequent system changes, the one-off package may be sufficient.
If a regulator requests our documents, do you handle communication with them?
We prepare the documentation in inspection-ready form. For the formal communication and legal defence during an inspection itself, we work with a prepared team of partner lawyers we can refer you to.
